Meet Gina
With decades of hands on experience as a caregiver, Gina Gallo is passionate about seniors and their caregivers. Her experience and training have carved her path. She lived with the stress, guilt, and exhaustion that accompanies the caregiving role. She felt a lack of guidance and support, and didn’t want anyone to go through what she went through. As a result, she founded Sana Senior Solutions. The goal is to ensure seniors and their loved ones could access resources, gain more knowledge, and not feel alone in their journey. The company is dedicated to sustaining meaningful lives for seniors to age with dignity & grace, while showing caregivers how to care for themselves.
The Plan
We help create a roadmap for your aging journey that is adjustable, and customized for your wants, needs, & abilities. This helps offer autonomy over your decisions to clearly define your life wishes with family and loved ones. The plan helps reduce stress and helps provide peace of mind.

About Caregiving
It’s a labor of love. Gratifying, yet highly stressful with an emotional impact on everyone involved. We give caregivers a safe place to share their feelings without judgement. We meet you where you are. We help guide caregivers to develop coping tools; create plans to avoid feeling overwhelmed; and assess responsibilities to help avoid caregiver burn out.

*What is an End of Life Doula?
The International End of Life Doula Association best explains that qualified End of Life Doulas can serve by:
- becoming involved any time in a person’s life, not just before death.
- offering non-medical holistic support that includes emotional, spiritual, and practical care.
- providing companionship, comfort, and guidance to those facing death, along with their loved ones.
- administering resources & offering support when people are impacted by life changes, when death is imminent, or even after death to help with light grief support.
- Note: Professional certificate earned from the University of Vermont.
What’s in a name?
“Sana” means heal. The word was borrowed from a Latino folklore. For generations, mothers have been reciting it to console their children. In the bigger picture it is meant to teach resilience. It’s meant to show hope. It consoles by explaining that although we are hurting now, it’s temporary. We will heal a little today, the rest tomorrow…and, it’s going to be okay. We all need a little “sana”, whether you’re a child with a scrapped knee, or an adult on a challenging journey!
